This is only 'supposed' to happen if you're in the same area as the girl in question.īut anyway - luckily, you don't actually *need* to date her. It's as if the game still 'thinks' you're in the previous city, or something - sometimes while tooling around in Los Venturas, my Denise-O-Meter would go down. If you've recently entered Los Venturas from some other city, this can potentially happen. Nobody seems to really know *why* it happens, or why the workarounds work (or don't work). Save, check out her house, if she's not there, go back home and save again, etc. There's a safehouse right in Millie's neighborhood, I think. Or, save your game, and reboot your PS2 entirely and try again. One workaround I've found is to save your game, in the same city, four or five times in a row.
A number of girlfriends refuse to show up when they're supposed to - it's most annoying with Millie, because you *need* her to show up. The game just sucks like that, I'm afraid.
